Alexa Poller/ Event Manager and Server
Alexa was born in Koblenz, Germany and has been living half of her life in NYC. She works as an actress, singer (BB&the Polkahaus) and as a Dance Fitness Instructor with Private Clients and in Fitness Clubs all over the city. Being a freelancing artist in NYC, Alexa has worked in several restaurants throughout the city like Zum Schneider, Wallse and Blaue Gans.
René Boehme/ Executive Chef
René started his cooking career in one of the most renowned restaurants in Germany, the Schweizer Stuben in Wertheim/Bettingen, under the direction of Tillman Hahn.
From then on, his fascination and passion for fine dining cuisine was awakened.
His wandering years brought him to the best addresses in Germany and the world.
Some of his stops brought him to Berlin to the “first floor”, to Jörg Müller on Sylt and to Munich to
Tantris and to Alfons Schuhbeck where he worked as a Sous Chef. He also made stops in St. Moritz in Switzerland and Mallorca. In Austria, René worked for Dietrich Mateschitz, the owner of Red Bull, in Hangar 7. René then moved to New York to work for Daniel Boulud at the Daniel Restaurant.
